The employee information supply and communication between management / personnel department and employees is a complex task. We distinguish between the display / anouncement of information and employee self services (ESS).

The functionalities of an employee information system relieve the personnel department from routine tasks. Mostly such a system is part of workflow processes and management self services (MSS).

The ekiosk solution in the field of employee information allows the display / announcing of any content (text, audio, video etc.) from any location in real-time. While large displays serve just to display information, kiosks are interactive and give the user the possibility to perform various transactions.

The creation and management of the content can be carried out by employees of the human rescources department without any specific software knowledge.

Whether for the reception of a visitor in the entrance hall using a Digital Sign (e.g., model PHEX), the displaying of latest news for employees using a LCD display in the cafeteria (e.g., model PHEX Wall) or a kiosk system (e.g., model ISIS) which after a specific authorization by the employee allows the printing of wage slips  ... all contents can be managed centrally.
