The virtual porter from eKiosk as an all-in-one solution combining hardware and software for reception, wayfinding and assisting visitors. The interactive display can be operated using either a touch screen or a keyboard. In addition to general information, the visitor can select a contact person and be directly connected to the person via telephone.

If the optional camera is installed, video calls can also be made. In combination with a wayfinding system, the directions can either be displayed on the screen or alternatively printed out. The software consists of an individually designed user interface which can display all navigational elements and content in various languages. A service interface enables the self-administration of content.
